Together with a small group of friends between 2017 – 2021 we launched and maintained a website, InspiredToGive.org, designed to lift up and encourage DOING GOOD in the world. We highlighted what might be considered the “smaller” stories and organizations that are making a difference in their community – the kind of giving that tends to go on all the time without much fanfare, but is at the heart of a connected, vibrant community. 

We recently wrapped up our effort and took down the site and social media presence in early 2026.  It had a great run – more 230 posts, highlighted 37 worthy non-profits, shared more than 215 inspiration meme quotes, and garnered more than 5.6K followers on Facebook – with the “broken world” meme (see below) going viral with more than 1 million views.
